Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Bull Terrier Goods! We're so excited for you to receive your order. We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders to the UK and the US. Because our products are made-to-order, we wanted to let you know what to expect.

 

1. The Journey from Our Hands to Yours

Every item you purchase is uniquely created just for you. This means that once you place your order, it heads to our production partner, and they get to work printing and preparing your item.

  • Production time is typically 2-5 business days.
  • Most orders are ready to ship within 3 business days.

Just a heads-up: these times are an average estimate. Production can take a little longer during busy seasons like the holidays.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is complete, it's carefully packaged and shipped. The delivery time depends on where you live and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • UK: Expect your package in about 2-5 business days.
  • USA: Your order should arrive in about 3-6 business days.

Please note: These shipping times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by things we can't control, like carrier delays or customs inspections.

We currently only ship to the UK and USA.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been produced and shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey directly on the carrier's website. It can take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

6. What if Something Goes Wrong with Delivery?

Oops! Incorrect Address? We're committed to making sure your order reaches you. That's why we ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address, we'll need to ask you to cover the cost to reship it.

What about lost or damaged packages? In the rare event that your order gets lost in transit or arrives damaged, please don't worry! Just send us an email at hello@bullterriergoods.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll do everything we can to get a new one sent out right away.
