Refund policy
Our Returns Policy
Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we have a strict policy on returns and refunds. We are committed to your satisfaction and will always work to resolve any issues.
We offer a free replacement or a refund for your order in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is in any way defective due to an error in our production process, we will replace the item for you at no cost.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., the wrong size, color, or design), we will replace it for you.
To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We require clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to submit a claim with our production partner. You do not need to return the defective product.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Buyer's Remorse: We cannot accept returns if you change your mind or no longer want the product.
- Incorrect Size Ordered: We cannot accept returns for items that do not fit. Please check our detailed size charts before placing your order.
- Unclaimed or Lost Mail: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or for orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
How to Request a Return
To start a return or report an issue, please email us at hello@bullterriergoods.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the defect or issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days with a resolution.
